Actual differences! 

I caught the intro differences, the big one being that the Japanese version has two black screens with text before the famous building scroll, as opposed to the one black screen with text in the English version.

I grabbed all the Weapon Gets/Item Gets, and the CrashMan vs ClashMan difference in the stages.

Dr. Wily stages are mostly silent, and the passwords only take you to the first level, so I made FCEUX Savestates again in case you need to jump to any of the stages.

The Ending had no text, but I grabbed a few spelling errors in the credits in the Japanese Version, and their respective fixes in the English Version. Oh, and once again, the "Presented by Capcom" is different through the versions.
