"Kamichigiru" is not some special untranslatable word. Literally the word "bite" or any other synonym would've worked just fine. It's like someone got paid to translate these things but they just wrote out the pronunciations a lot of the time instead. Easy money!
Here it is again! Japanese grammar often needs to be unraveled and then reordered to sound natural. This is what a Japanese to English translation sounds like when it's still only half-formed
